The firm provides clients in a broad range of industries with the antitrust advice concerning business transactions containing antitrust law issues, including distributorship, licensing, franchising, toll manufacturing arrangements, etc and the interpretation and applicability of the competition legislation in Pakistan. The firm also has extensive experience in merger control issues and have counselled clients involved in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures about Pakistan notification requirements. The firm also regularly advises on aspects of deceptive marketing practices vis a vis intellectual property.

Members of our firm represent a wide range of clients before the Competition Commission of Pakistan in hearings relating to prohibited agreements and deceptive marketing practices as well as for premerger clearances.

The firm has also been involved in carrying out training of the employees of our clients about the requirements of the Pakistan competition legislation.
