The Firm provides general advice on tax matters (including income tax, sales tax, excise duty and customs duty), particularly in transactional matters, and matters relating to mergers demergers sale and/or acquisitions.  We also represent clients before the Income Tax and Custom Appellate Tribunal, the Provincial High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan.
